Question: Can I go and view the home?
Answer: It depends if the home is vacant and not currently being refurbished. If the home is occupied for a length of time we could provide an address for a drive by only.
Question: Can I wait until the home is vacant before I decide to purchase?
Answer: Most of our buyers purchase our homes from the pictures that we have posted. There is no guarantee that the home will still be available once it is vacant.
Question: Do your prices include the breakdown, transport and set?
Answer: No, pricing is for the home only.
Question: Do you offer referrals for breakdown, transport and set?
Answer: We can refer our customers to companies that can breakdown the home and transport it to your community. It is favored that the community use a local company to set the home.
Question: Do you have titles to the homes you offer?
Answer: Yes, Spartans Properties purchases the homes often before they are vacant. On occasion a payoff may be involved and the lender will send the title directly to us.
Question: Am I going to be responsible for lot rent or property taxes if I purchase?
Answer: All lot rents and property taxes are current, purchase agreements indicate the date the lot rent is paid through and the date the home must be removed by to not incur lot rent expense.
Question: I’d like to purchase one of your homes, what is required?
Answer: We will send you a purchase agreement and title copy with instructions. If the home is not vacant at the time, we will require a $1,000 deposit until the home is vacant. Upon vacate the remainder of the payment is due. We accept check or wire.

Answer: Please refer to our website for a detailed list.
